How the screenshot hint tool works
Your uploaded image is displayed locally as a reference and is not sent to our servers. After you copy the current digits into the grid, the tool checks rows, columns and 3×3 boxes for logical moves such as naked singles, hidden singles, pointing candidates and naked pairs.
This first version supports Classic Sudoku. Killer cage totals and Windoku regions require additional information that is not yet extracted from screenshots.
