About this Sudoku game
Sudoku is a logic puzzle played on a 9×9 grid divided into nine 3×3 boxes. Fill every row, column and box with the digits 1 to 9, using each digit exactly once. This free online version runs entirely in your browser — no download, no sign-up.
Pick a difficulty from Easy for a relaxed solve up to Extreme for a serious challenge, or switch to Killer Sudoku, where dashed cages must add up to the printed total with no repeated digit inside a cage. Turn on Notes to pencil in candidates, use a Hint when you're stuck, and the timer tracks your solve — it pauses automatically when you switch tabs.
Choose a difficulty
Play Easy Sudoku for a beginner-friendly board, Medium Sudoku for a balanced challenge, or try Hard and Expert Sudoku. Everyone can also play the shared Daily Sudoku.
